What kind of 2 inch tubing, cold roll, anything steel? Any special wall size, etc.

Cut like "A", or more like "B" (see attachment)?

What happens in the body mount, brace areas - do you cut openings in the tube for body mounts and misc. nuts to get welded in?

folsom50 - what is the "2x3 with flat strap" thing?
