Did you try bump starting it?
Of course, you'd need a bit of runway, since it doesn't shift out of gear.
My point is, if the tranny and clutch are toast, what about the engine?
I agree with $200 or less. But then again, someone with a rusty one could do a nice swap with that body, if it's solid metal.
