Tailgate got cocked because I've only got one side latched.

The highly undesired mod would be the one missing metal channel that the upper tailgate rubber holds onto. Basically, right now the upper tailgate rubber only has one metal rib to hold onto instead of two

Don thinks he can fix it but

Still no idea WHY someone would cut that off
