13BT glowscreen voltage

I am in the process of wiring in a momentary switch for my glow screen as my timer and/or relays are suspect. The power wires coming from the relays were wired incorrectly resulting in a short. While trying to "fix" the problem I think I smoked the timer. So, what I would like to know is what voltage should I be measuring at the glowscreen? I assume 24V at the fromt and 12V at the back. I just want to make sure so I don't cause any more problems for myself down the road.

Also, it apperas that the screen has two filaments. One thick and one thin. So in order to get a full glow should I wire the switch to both relays so I get current flowing to both of the filaments?
