If the wheel bearing is loose ,you would be able to feel the play by grabbing the top and bottom of the wheel and shaking it with it off the ground.
I had a steering wobble like that and it needed some shims but bad tie rods ends can also cause it.
The steering shops here call it bump steer
The rattle.
Have you taken the timing belt cover off,maybe the idler is on its last legs or the spring is loose.
I think the timer piston in the fuel pump can rattle also. You will be up for a few $$$ if so.
