If you own or are looking to purchase a 40 series Land Cruiser you have come to the right place. There has been a very comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions list compiled on these vehicles over the years. This F A Q is specific to the 40-Series Land Cruiser and should cover most of your initial questions. You may also find helpful and interesting information in the Technical Links and Tech Trivia sections. Both contain helpful information for your truck. There is also a significantly large membership base of people active out here daily with many years of experience specific to this vehicle that are willing to answer questions that you may have.

This is to help you learn the rules of the board

1) Use the F A Q link to see if you question or issue has been discussed before.

2) Use the SEARCH function to see if your question or issue has been discussed before. Click the 'search this forum' while on the 40 series section and type in the keyword you are looking for. (top/right of the threads) These vehicles have been around a long time, and there is a pretty good chance that someone else has experienced the same or a similar issue, and that there is a thread on the topic out here.

3) Remember, this forum has been here for over four years. The forums current state is based on the members who supported it and have been here for a long time.

5) We try and be civil here in tech, but chat is another story. If someone flames you in chat, don’t take it personally. That’s kind of the way it is. If that bothers you, stay out of chat.
