Holley Carb problems

Shuddup...spare me the drivel. Unless you have some free 2F linkages, here is my problem.

The secondaries arent working, it idles great, but the damn rig wont get out of its way. How should I adjust them?

The timing is set correctly and I have an electric fuel pump with a clean filter. The issue arises once the rig has reached operating temp. Its still a driveay queen until I can get this problem fixed.

The vaccuum advance is "challenged". I cleaned it up after refurb'ing the distributor and greased the inner rail, so that does NOT stick. The carb works the same whether I block off the vaccuum port near the intake or not.

With the 4 speed I get no acceleration.

This is a few weeks old, but I fixed the problem....

I installed the adaptor plate backwards and it was preventing the carb from opening up the whole way. Yeah, I know dumb rookie mistake.
