I have a '72 fj40. Is it doeable to use a '79+ exterior gas tank as an extra fuel tank. I found a '79 for a cheap price but have not heard of anyone doing this.
Dont think that style tank will work for you. I think the tubs are a bit different with the '79 through '83 from the earlier tubs and disallow that ability. Please correct me if I'm wrong though...anyone.
