I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to hurt it, last weekend I was convinced by the bloke that did all my panel work to attend a local 4x4 challenge, once I got there he tried to convince me to enter the event, but after seeing a few almost rollovers and a couple of busted axles, I flat out refused to enter as there was a good probability that something would have been broke or at the least some bad panel damage.
Besides I rebuilt my 40 as an overlanding trail rig not a competition rig.

That is an amazing looking truck all around. Do you have a close up of how you mounted your batteries? I am at the point where I need to mount mine, and I really like how clean yours look.

It is a nice compilation of parts from various manufacturers though I would not call it a Land Cruiser as you could probably count on one hand the Toyota components on this particular vehicle.

To each his own however. Congratulations on the finished project.
