The big thing is making sure your core flows well, so use a piece of heater hose and garden hose and back flush the core. Use CLR to get all the crap out of the viens and keep flushing. Then I soak the whole core submerged in a bucket of water to soften all the hair, dirt and mouse tinder from 30 years. Then remove the core and back flush the outside until you can see day light through it. Then it will flow air and heat your box of a truck very well!

What year?

I have everything in stock, I have been assembling like a mad man after work.

Picture a 4x12 table with 500 little 4oz Dixie cups and counting parts in each one.....It's mind numbing!!!!

Then cutting out each foam piece by hand and separating them by model and year..... It takes about 40 hours to assemble them all...
