Drool.............................

Bag is not correct, but makes a good stand in.

Krylon had a color that was a dead match to the original color, I bought a case a while back on line. It is called "Old equipment yellow" I can no longer find it as it was discontinued.

This one was taken apart, tanked and then sand blasted. Internally greased and re assembled and painted and then baked at 150 for an hour. The decal is a reproduction of the original and also mine.

Tools were glass beaded and re-plated in clear zinc.

You can get a color called equipment yellow at Tractor Supply, I have also seen Ace Hardware carry it.

Damn Shane. You are not going to use that stuff now, are you?

Thanks again.
Looks better than a barn find! Beautiful work.
Thanks you!

I have looked at Wilco, Ace, Depot, Lowe's, Coastal and others none carry this color anymore. If you can get it and need it, then get it.

That stuff looks better than new. Your attention to detail is remarkable.

Does your tool kit have the grease gun? Mine has everything but that.... mine even has the original tool bag too..... Nice job!

The grease gun is for the pre 73's I believe, and no I have never touched one.

can buy new OEM grease guns from Toyota, they are a different style however

I thought I liked it....I see the BIN and now know why I liked it.....:)

I will be happy with a fraction of that price, but there is a few people out there that have more money than they need....I just might find one.

You can get the color at NAPA. It was the only place that had it. Actually they didn't have it but the main warehouse for denver had it and shipped it over. I need one phillips screw on the base for another jack I have if someone has one.

Thanks

Looks fantastic Shane, as it always does!

I put in a bid at "a fraction of that price", but I'm not that guy.

I would normally use auctionsniper.com, but I don't really expect that my $200 is going to win this one. At least I can be the high bidder for a while. :steer:

With economy you just never know... Whats weird about this auction is I learned that you could have a buy it now with no reserve. Thus making it an auction or Trump stepping in and buying it at any time.

Thanks

mcaster carr (sp) they have them, but 100 packs if I remember correctly.

Fillister (non drilled) or cheese?

I went to the local AAA metric and they gave me either pan or round and the head was too wide and hit the side...

I'll buy a 100 pack for ~$8-10
