Had to go to Pirate to find out what the heck you were talking about. I feel so, so, unclean, now I have to take a shower
. Did you bench bleed the master? If yes then it could be that little pushrod between master and booster. If I am on to something then go on and remove the master, pull that wittle pushrod outta there and adjust to fit. A quarter turn on the little nut is the difference. FSM says a clearance of 0.02" for my 10/74. With the pushrod in place, put the master against the booster (put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up) and see if you can feel the rod pushing against the master. If so then back the rod off untill there is no contact. Rod too long then, brakes auto lock, too short then a permanent slop in sys.. Adjust your drums first. This guy, the wittle wod.

you can also have air trapped in the rear brake cylinders.
