Hello im new here 1973 fj40 landcruiser

Hello im new on the forums
i just got a toy to play with it im planning to do a chevy 350 convertion lt1 engine with automatic tranmission 4l60e .

'71 fj40 w/ 23k miles, carb rebuilt and ported by 65swb45, SOR 2 piece header, vacuum advance w/ pertronix, Hell Creek 4" lift w/ homemade shackles sitting on 33s, front disk conversion.

Other than the tires, what is wrong? Leave the engine and enjoy. Nice rig.

Right now doesn't have an engine,transmission and t-case . but i have a donor car with the lt1 engine and 4l60e trans .
i will try to post more pics when i start on it very soon .

doent look like there in an engine in it.. you can see a little day light shining through.

i loves me some V8s also. so go for it, just get ready for alot of reconfiguring that seems to only snowball into more changes.
