Another aussie 40

This is our 1st fj 40 got it for a good price and pick it up in 14 days cant wait its 1978 and in good condition too strong motor

Looks like a good solid truck.

Do FJ40's there normally not have a roll bar. I don't see any holes in the rear wheel wells.

A good tidy up i've got some 33s to go on when it gets Back to nsw and a good look over so i can get some ideas I've got a 60 series sitting in the back yard for the the diffs and steering change over untill i get it home thats all the ideas i got i know i cant wait to pick it up and it

And no not all cruisers in Australia have Roll bars. Generally if it is a hard top it has no roll cage.

thanks looking forward to it been buying bits @ peices for already bought some 33s tyres for it just gotta get some new rims for it now been thinking about getting the glove box and the dash chromed just have to wait till i pick it up

Hi smack No haven't thought of a names just yet but when we pick her up and see how she drives then i Decide

With prices as low as that - It proves too few of our compatriots realise how special a forty really is!

The same situation exists over this side of the ditch.

If I had the dosh (and the space to store vehicles under cover) - I'd start a forty collection of my own.

Good to see such a nice specimen is staying in Australasia.
