all i want it for is to go camping and off roading with it every weekend and i have not seen it but it looks better than my 72 fj-40 only because i doing a body off frame.

Somewhere between $1000 and $4000, depending on rust and the condition of the running gear. The question is vague, so the answer is vague.

Take lots of pics and do a compression test. Find out what's been repaired. Take the wheels off and check out the brakes, or have someone else do it for you. If nothing's been repaired in the last 5-10 years it's not going to be cheap to get it to where you can cruise it ever weekend.

The complete PTO can sell for over $500 by itself on ebay.

I would put it somewhere around $2500-$3000 based on your area but definately not $4500. That year doesn't have many desirable things about it if it's stock. 1F, 3speed on the tree, drum brakes on all 4's, no power steering.
