72 fj40 light problem

My has a new ignition mounted on the dash. (done before i bought it) All of the lights work, including tail lights, but not brake lights. Also turn signal lights come on with headlights, but turn signals and high beens dont work. Could this be because of the ignition? THanks for the help.

Does not sound like it. Check your grounds at the tail lights, and bulbs, and fuses. Then you will need to check the brake light switch. High beams my be the switch in the floor. Also easy to test with a multi meter or test light.
