Axle Rebuild Suggestion

Just finished rebulding my front and rear axle - added oil and found that my rear pinion oil seal was leaking. Wasn't leaking before, but that was probably due to low oil level and/or drying out while it was apart and without oil.

Not a big deal to replace, but it sure would have been easier to replace while everything was already apart.

Food for thought.
