rear main seal/replacing oil pan

If i were having my oil pan removed and replaced with an oem new one. Would this give me a shot at replacing my Rear Main Seal or would i have dismantle more than that?

2F engine? The rear main seal is continuous (a donut around the crank). You have to pull the tranny/transfer/clutch/pressure plate/flywheel to replace the rear seal.

And the bitch about that is....................might as well repalce at least the clutch disc, TO bearing and pilot. How many miles on the clutch, or do you know? They probably replaced the rear main when the clutch was done, so it may be time for the whole enchilada anyway.
