Anyone have advice for tires and rims for my 1967 fj40?
It has 2 1/2" superlift w/ anti-inversion shackles in front with shackle reversal kit (lifts 1 1/2") for a total of 4" lift all round. It has a 4.2L engine/ tranny out of a '78 bored out .30 over, webber carbs, headders, etc.Any help with best tire rim setup ( size, offset, width). And do i need to make custom extended driveshafts, if so how much longer? thanks, mike
What are your usage plans for said vehicle? That'll make a difference. I dig stock wheels with tall skinny's personally.
I don't think you'll need custom driveshafts with that setup.

Q78's (~36" x 10.5") on stock wheels should fit relatively well.
