Radio install - FJ40 ???'s

How horrible is it to fit a standard radio in the dash of an FJ40? I may just go with the Tuffy console, since that is the layout my D-90 had... but I like a stock look. Any suggestions? I really don't want to mangle anything that I can't reverse... THX!

Impossible w/o cutting in the dash. Unless you want to drop in an OEM. I ran a standard CD deck bolted under my steering column a LONG time ago. I wouldn't recommend that either. Now I have the Tuffy.

Go Tuffy. Avoid mangling.

Just use a dremel tool to make the correct DIN size in your dash and put it there. That is what I am doing....IF I ever get it driveable
