New cruiser...now have 2 drivetrains...have questions / need help choosing

Bought an E-bay FJ55... I will be putting in my TBI 350.
The pig is already setup for a 350...but I also have the 700r4 and other stuff that went with the motor in my garage...Don't know what I want to do, and if anybody knows anything about old (old) Downey Off-Road adapters...
Have the full story posted in the 55 forum... sort of long-winded...sorry...too tired to think of short version. I'm greatful for any help/ suggestions.
Thanks
