Tacoma Wheels on an FJ/BJ40...

I really hate to ask because I've seen the answer here on Ih8 within the last 2 years. However, since the search engine turned up nothing I must ask. First, what size spacer/ adapter do I need to put stock Tacoma (15") wheels on my '80 BJ40? The lug pattern is the same. Second, where can I get said spacer/adapter? Finally, how much would one expect to pay for 4 of these things? Thanks ahead.

i tried to run steel taco's on my 78, but w/o luck. i used 10mm spacer up front. the rim cleared, but the lead balancing weights on the inside of rim still contacted the rod ends. at that point i gave up, didn't want to go w/thicker spacers b/c of running out of threads on lug bolts. rears fit no spacer, but w/narrower track width.
