advice on shipping a WS frame

I tried shipping this throught ups sometime ago and was told they wouldn't do it with the glass. can;t remember who else I tried but recall it being rather expensive. has here anyone shipped on of these or received one? I am selling to a mud member and want to get him the best price possible. thanks Ken

the ones i have shiped i built a wood frame 1x4 and covered it with old paneling and added some newspaper some went from pa to cal with no problems dont tell ups there is glass in the box they wont ask at least not here i know it adds weight but its safe however i shipped a46 willys windshield to la and ups smashed it and it was all 2x4s and 1/4 inch plywood but their ins paid for it good luck

I had good luck with Forward Air. They were the cheapest by 1/2 to ship a 40 top and doors from Seattle to PA. Only bad part was pickup is at Philly airport.
