How do you like your new beadblaster? Just curious as I have wondered how well it works.

for the price and the quantity of stuff I do it is perfect for me. I have a small shop so having it on wheels helps, really how well it works will depend on the compressor you are using it with, it uses a lot of air at 100psi so a good compressor really helps, one that can run continuous duty is nice and refreshes quickly, I use aluminum oxide in it and it seems to cut well, it is so much nicer than cleaning things by hand.

rear corner dent

forgot to add this one, started to pull out the corner dent with the help of my friend cruiserbrett, we used a stud welder, crappy harbor freight puller crapped out on us so will have to find another solution to finish pulling it out later.....

not really one incident, have had problems for years, too many times falling on my head I guess

back was broken in two places and the disc was like a pringle (yes, those were the doctors exact words)

so, had no choice, but overall was a success, just won't be dead lifting sm465's any longer, I am now old enough to know how stupid shit like that was.

will post up more pics of metalwork so other novices like me to this area can hopefully benefit from my retarded metal skills.

Noah

Hey there,

new job, new baby and thieving nannies have kept me busy these days, but I have got some stuff done, just have to find the time to post up. Hopefully I will get some more done on the body this weekend and will post up as I go. I am still in the metalworking / patch panel replacement stage for now. I want to get the body metalwork done, undercoating done, and then get the piggy body back on the frame. Then I will probably take a break from the piggy project, roll in the 40 and swap in the orion TC and move the axle back with 55 springs and TJ flares. Plus, I need the 40 stock TC for the piggy anyhow. So, it made sense that I would replace it with an Orion, right?

stay tuned,

Noah
