I have the 10 post minimum, yet Edit Avatar does not show up in my CP anywhere. I went to the FAQ and found highlighted Edit Avatar, but it doesn't have an option. It just has a blue dot and says "don't upload avatar". How much time does it take to kick in?
Apparently it takes 11 posts. lol. Just after I posted this, it opened the option.
