not when you're trying to give a clue as to the location of said item. If one doesn't know what a "wenis" is, one would not know where the wingles are. By saying pingles, one precisely locates said object. Then and only then could one take the inane humorous step of positing the possible existence (for TUT High Council consideration) of said wingles as a phenomenon.
