as far as I could tell from looking into the house (none of the windows had any treatments installed yet, just finished construction), the floorplan is hideous to begin with
the site is too: you have a nice mountain view off the patio and every other major room in the house......if you discount the immediate view of an older trailer home right across the street
and the fact that you basically have to drive around through your own backyard to get to your garage
granted, you are on your own cul-de-sac that way since your house is encircled by your driveway
, and it is unlikely anyone wants to go there, given that you are greeted by horse snorts from the trailer property
some real estate agent used to own it - evidently completely mis-speculated
IMOP that house has no chance of selling unless as a storage building
