No way could I wait until 9:30 to eat.
We got up at 4:00 am to head to the gym. I had half a container of yogurt with 1/3 of one of my homemade granola bars crumbled into it.
When we got back from the gym, I ate another 1/3rd of the bar with my coffee, which had 1/2 a protein powder serving in it.
Just now I had a repeat of my first meal, with the remaining protein powder mixed into the yogurt. It made it an icky color, but tasted OK.
I guess that was actually luncheon.
