D'Animal: I pulled my transfer tubing set off the shelf and did some measurements:

The fill holes for the transmission and transfer case are 18mm x 1.5 thread size. MAF uses a -8 size hose fittings (sized similar to 1/2 inch OD metal tubing). The fittings to convert from the fill hole to the 37deg flare size -8 are something like this, below. You would need two:

Aeroquip FBM2244 - Aeroquip AN to Metric Adapter Fittings - summitracing.com

Then you need a 90degree elbow to convert from the 37deg Flare to the tubing. There are different types of tubing connectors. MAF uses the socketless barb design. You need two of these in size -8:

Aeroquip FBM1533 - Aeroquip Socketless Hose Ends - summitracing.com

Then you need the -8 hose. My kit came with 14.5 inches of hose. It's seems to be like this hose, but you don't need 20'...:

Aeroquip FCN0820 - Aeroquip AQP Socketless Hose - summitracing.com

You will also need two crush washers same as what you use on the fill plugs for the transfer and transmission. If I add up the cost of the parts I've indicated from the summit web page (using a per-foot charge for the hose), the total comes to about $60. You can probably find less expensive fittings, but maybe not from Summit or Jegs. Summit has their own "brand" of fittings that are less expensive, but they don't have what you need for this job.
