I don't remember any part numbers, but I sourced this stuff through a local Napa that carries some hydraulic parts. 3/8 NPT to 3/8 JIC something like this


Then in a classic case of "You spent way too much dummy" I had them make me a high pressure hydraulic hose with 90 degree JIC fittings. The low pressure hose on barbed fittings would have been the way to go on that. I think I spent close to $50 and probably could have got away for well under $30 had I been smarter on the hose.
