Like I said I didn't take any pictures during the build due to my camera being in the shop, but I did do a more detailed write up on the rear drawer system I built for my 80 I used to have. I used similar method in the build for my 100 with the exception of the 100 can be split and my 80 was one solid unit. Link found here.

Yes the side pop out panels are to stuff anything you want in the empty space to the right and left of the drawers. I built hatches on hinges for larger storage that i can fit my tool bags, portable air pump and or things that I need to be able to get to without having to get out of my rig and open the tailgate.
