The list price for the case (from Inchworm's web site that Corey gave a link to above) is $1995.00, but they gave away several $600 discount certificates at the last FJC Summit in Ouray, some of which are (were?) for sale at a discount on the blue forum.
I don't know how much installation would run, as I did mine myself. It's not a difficult install if you are mechanically inclined and have tools. I'm working on an installation write-up thread on the blue forum here (it's not finished yet):
