Please compare CT26 with CT12B. I have noticed that CT12B is indeed smaller than CT26.
Dieselevente do list a CT26 for the 13BT, but they don't have any more information on exactly which mix of CT26 parts it uses.
TOYOTA turbochargers, TOYOTA turbo, TOYOTA turbocharger, TOYOTA diesel injection

The CT12B is a later generation turbo than the CT26, as turbo design progresses more airflow is possible from a physically smaller turbo. Given the 1KZ has more power than the 13BT had, it's fair to say the CT12B turbo will have enough airflow capacity. In fact some of the 15BT's (larger than the 13BT) used the CT12B.
