It's an alternator blet tension adjustment bracket for a P/S, RHD BJ42 that mounts on the back of the P/S pump off of a 1982 3B BJ42.
Here's a pic of one. It takes the place of the normal adjustment arm when adding the power steering.
Appreciate any leads. I can make the part, just trying to keep it original...
