All the factory Toyota parts should work with the 27 spline, and most with the 30 spline. The grinding of the knuckle house is minimal - just like two millimeters.

the hub gears just protect the outer axle spline if the asin hub fails

The 30 spline set will work with the stock lockout gear, however, the axle shaft is of a higher quality material that can handle more torque than the stock lockout drive gear. The stock lockout drive gear will fracture and when this occurs, you will strip the splines on your new Longfield outer axle, which, is not a warranty issue, hence why it is recommended that if you upgrade your front axle shafts, that you also upgrade the lockout gear at the same time.

30 spline super set. This will have new inner and outer axle shafts. I would also get the chromo lockout drive gears. Your stock lockouts will work fine, but I would replace the drive gear in them with the gear that Long offers.
Bushing is a stock piece and will fit fine with the Longs, Toyota part number 90999-70067
