Yes I think that will work for the 3B, based on what other's here have said about A/R numbers that is. You'll need to either make an adapter plate for the exhaust manifold (or a custom manifold if you can weld) and you'll have to clock it (turn the compressor side) so that the inlet tube will be easier to mate with the turbo.

Also make sure the oil return is pointed downward as close to vertical as possible. All things to think about when installing a turbo.

The second thing you should buy for your install is a Pyrometer. A must if you want to make sure you don't overheat your combustion chamber and do serious damage to your engine (read re-build). Summit racing has a GREAT deal on a VDO pyrometer for $99 and it comes with the k-type thermocouple.
