Yeah but all that means is they haven't been able to get it to work, not that it doesn't. The thing that actually brought the whole thing to my attention was the interesting history of the device. Nobody claims to have "invented it"... Papp allegedly took the invention from his country's government during the collapse of the soviet union or something... weird stuff. Which is why neither he nor anyone else who has made them really know how it works exactly, just how to make it work (allegedly).

I dunno it's a cool story... I like the idea that there's an energy source out there that we don't yet understand. Again it doesn't claim to create energy.
