Bent oil pan

Ugh... so this is the 3rd used oil pan I have bought and this one seemed to be a OK. The pan had a few dings and scrapes but all in all very solid. So I flip it over and lay the flange side flat on the concrete and... it doesn't lay flat. The 2 catty corners are high and 2 are low. It is about 1/4 inch off. I got a feeling that it is going to be a bitch making it seal against the block the way it is now.

Should I be worrying about this? Can this be fixed? Is it worth it? How do go about fixing this?
