Let me clear on that ..
1. Vaccum is vacc and boos it pressure ..
2. In a NA engine there is no boost compensator
3. In my 2H throtle body I have vaccum when the butterfly it's close ( inder it sure ) that's why and how I run my BOV there.
Most of the factoru turbo diesel engine no run butterfly at the throtle body.
