92 3fe EFI relay Terminal #1 brown is ground Chasis/body for relay coil, #2 red-yel is 12v+ from Efi fuse for hot side of relay load contacts this is the same circuit as ECU terminal#2(BATT+), #3 red 12v+ for relay coil from ECU terminal #3(MREL) This is where ECu controls the relay, #4 yel-red When energized relay provides12v+ to ECU terminals #1(+B1) and #7(+B) also to almost all Ecu controlled actuators(idle spd cont, O2 heaters, VSVs ect), Fuel pump through Circuit opening relay contacts. EFI relay load circuit can be monitored at the FP terminal in the diagnostic connector while problem happens to see if you are loosing voltage (this is a quick test, more accurate testing would involve monitor voltage at each component to check if the wire has problem between components or at splices in harness).

Does your problem happen once per drive or repeatedly once in OD? Anything other than OD affecting the problem?
