I think the IPF 900 XS HID would be a good light.

I have IPF 940 SR fitted to my LC 200 with the ARB deluxe bar fitted. These lights came off my old LC 120 Prado GXL TD. As mentioned before if I was buying a new set I would definatley go with the Lightforce 240 HID 35W. Broader beam spread from the 247mm light, and lighter in weight.

Oh , and I have been told the Lightforce 240's will fit on the Deluxe bar.
