Well, the Original carb is gone and there was a POS GM 2bbl on it that was absolute schitt and nobody had any idea what it came off of and the #'s on the carb were gone as well...

Howdy! The Rochester 2 bl was/is a popular carb swap. I had one on my 72 FJ40. Worked good. Tune up parts and settings were usually based on mid 60s chevy 6 banger pickup trucks. I always used 1966 and never had a problem. Rebuild is easy and parts should be common in most stores. It could be you can get it running faster than you can figure out the weber. John
