More than likely if the carb was on a cruiser it is either a 32/36 or a 38MM carb, which are easy to tell apart. A local parts store will probably not have a kit for an aftermarket carb like a weber.
Once you ID the carb, then you can get the right kit. I think the last time I bought a rebuild kit for a weber I got it off ebay. Other places you can get a kit are JTO, Manafre, CCOT, and many others. Google is your firend!

LIttle prob... I don't have 2 weeks....

The carb is a 32/36, the kit's only come with a acc pump dia. the missing dia is the power valve diaphragm and the elec. choke diaphragm....

I'm just going to fudge this entire rebuild and re-use what I cannot find locally.

Sumbicchin webber 40mm carbs are the on the shelf commodity at the moment... Redline don't answer teh damn phone and they're the tards that SELL the webber carbs to the consumer

Later and thanks for the tips guy's!
