CDL definitely locked. I did the jack test and everything was good. Did a few more tests last night before the monsoon hit. I pulled the actuator and reconnected it to the wire. Had the wife turn the key forward and check for light as I cycled the switch in and out. NOTHING! So I checked the actuator with a multi and it works like a champ....So I jumpered the plug again and this time NO LIGHTS! I think this rig is like Christine or something.

The only thing that has changed since I last jumpered this plug with success is I did the 7-pin mod. Could I have screwed something up there?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

p.s. next is vacuuming out the 50 gallons of water in my floorboards and tackling that project. Does it ever end? LOL
