I don't know about the 6.2 specifically, but in a 350 installation the extra length of the NV4500 moves the engine further from the firewall. Isn't the 6.2 pretty much the same size as a 350? With the stock transmission, will you have issues at the firewall? Just something else that might need to be considered.

The 6.2 is around the same size as a big block 454.
