Theo,
From the Rust Bullet FAQ:
"Rust Bullet covers approximately 200 square feet per gallon with a two coat application, depending on type and condition of the surface."
I'd say that is pretty accurate, based on my experience here in Lilongwe. BTW, the RB is done on all the panels, frame, etc. except tub and fenders. Those last have 1 coat and are now getting the body filler where needed. We'll be shooting black paint tomorrow and Monday. Once the tub & fender filling is done, they will get a second coat of RB, and then a third light coat. Should be able to start shooting the blue color by next Thursday/Friday, and the silver at the same time. Rims will get painted this weekend as well. I hope to start bolting the chassis back together next week
Dan
