I too use Bosch. For me, they work better than OEM.

Your problem may be a worn out windshield. I've been doing some research on this and it seems over time, you develope micro scratches and pitting. Cerium oxide can be used to buff out some of the pits and small scratches. I think this can be purchased at rock shops since it is also used to polish rocks. Google "cerium oxide windshield" for many links.

Many claim that once the windshield gets that bad, replacement is the only course of action. I figure this stuff is cheap, what's the worst you can do if it needs replacement anyhow? I just haven't gotten around to the task yet, but plan to this summer (yeah, it's on the list).
