After putting this info together from numerous stations along the way, they can stage an enforcement action or follow the vehicle based on the pictures that are taken on video as you drive through the scan area.

People in this country are like sheep. They have no fricken clue what's going on right around them. All they care about is NASCAR, barbecue, and cheap beer. Kinda like what the Roman government did whenever the people were on the verge of revolting against the corruption. They held free sporting events at the colosseums and provided free food to all.
