Really? My FJ60 is still going strong at 220k and 24 years, and My FJ40 is going nicely at 37 years an unknown # of K. If what you say is true, the 200 should last like 200 years. Maybe that's how they pick the designations.

Shotts, do you seriously think your 100 will be tooling around in 25 years? If nothing else, the scarcity of fuel will will be the end of it, and all of these trucks. I for one, am quite curious to see how long the complex electronic computer controls will last. My guess is that all of the late model trucks starting with the 80 series will get rapidly to the point where the electronics can no longer be fixed. I do hope that Toyota has a nice stash of ECUs for the future.
