If the pump has been on for some time ,they can be jammed on so tight they will really test you.
If this is the case ,use the best puller you can find. The shop that loaned me a puller said its best to get the puller tight till it starts to bend and hit the pump shaft with a hammer and drift.
Of course you may have dream run like tlcruiserman
